Build and scale the Axum-based backend services powering aiassist.chat. You'll own feature development across website-core and ai-engine, write async Rust with sqlx, design API surfaces, and contribute to our RAG and LLM integration layer. We care deeply about correctness, performance, and API ergonomics.

Design the dashboard, widget customizer, and customer-facing flows for aiassist.chat. You'll work end-to-end: user research, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and working with engineers on implementation. Our design system is shadcn/ui + Tailwind — you should be comfortable influencing component decisions.

Work across the entire stack — React 19 dashboard, embeddable chat widget (IIFE bundle), and Axum API integration. You'll build user-facing features end-to-end: from the TanStack Query hooks and form validation on the frontend to the Axum handlers and SeaORM entities on the backend.

Own the ai-engine service: RAG pipeline, Qdrant vector store management, embedding strategies, LLM prompt engineering, and response quality. You'll tune chunking strategies, implement caching layers for semantic similarity, and build the analysis tools that help tenants understand how their AI is performing.

Drive product-led growth: in-product virality features (powered-by branding, referral flows), activation metrics, retention analysis, and A/B experiments. You'll instrument the dashboard with analytics, build the onboarding flows that get new tenants to their first successful conversation, and own the email digest and notification system.
